The exchange is made in a few simple steps:

1. You choose the currency and the exchange amount.
2. You provide the recipient’s details.
3. You enter your data as the transfer ordering party (at this time we check whether you have an account with us).
4. You decide on the payment method.
5. We show you a summary and you can proceed to checkout.
6. After receiving the payment, we make the exchange and send the purchased currency to the indicated bank account.

The currency exchange process in the “Try without registration” option consists of: deposit (which is made as part of quick payments and its execution is almost immediate), currency exchange and payout to the destination account. Currency exchange after we receive the deposit is performed in accordance with the order and, at your request, we send it to the account indicated by you. The transfer will appear in the indicated account as soon as within 15 minutes (if you ordered the transfer during our working hours and the recipient’s account is at a bank where InternetowyKantor.pl has its own account), and within 3 working days from the moment of sending it at the latest (in the case of a foreign transfer). We will wait 15 minutes for you to provide funds for a transaction – if we do not receive the payment within this time, the transaction will be cancelled.

You confirm the exchange rate when placing the order, then it will be valid for 10 minutes until the order is placed. To receive the amount visible during the order, follow the terms of service and make a payment to us.

The exchange under the “Try without registration” service can be carried out, in accordance with the service terms and conditions, by any natural person, a legal entity or an organisational unit that is not a legal entity and is not a registered user of InternetowyKantor.pl.

“Try without registration” is only available for selected currencies (EUR, USD, GBP). A maximum of EUR 900 can be exchanged at a time (or the equivalent in other available currencies, converted at the exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland). You can make 3 such transactions in 12 months without having to sign up. The sum of exchanges made in 7 days, sent to the account of a single recipient may not exceed the equivalent of EUR 900. The service is available for foreign transfers to 26 countries in the EU. Payments can be made using the following methods: fast transfers via Przelewy24, BLIK, payment card and Google Pay. This service can be used by retail customers.
