How to order a transfer of the exchanged currency to another recipient?

When ordering a transaction in the Customer Panel, all you have to do is enter the details and bank account number of the person to whom you want to send the funds and indicate that you are not the owner of the given account. The party ordering transfers from InternetowyKantor.pl is always our company Currency One S.A. Therefore, for the recipient to identify the payment as coming from you, it is important that you enter an appropriate transfer title, e.g. your name and surname or the number of the loan agreement or invoice.

In what exchange option can I send funds to another recipient?

Currently, you can use the manual rate confirmation option or “At rate” to send funds to another recipient’s account.

Why is Currency One the sender of the transfer?

Currency One is the operator of InternetowyKantor.pl, therefore all outgoing transfers are sent on its behalf (it is the sender of the transfer).

How can I send an exact amount to a recipient?

In the manual confirmation option, deposit a little more first to make sure you have enough to buy the amount of currency you specified. When manually confirming the transfer, you will be able to enter the exact amount of the transfer and we will return the remaining amount to your account. You can also decide to execute the transaction in the “At rate” option, you are then guaranteed to receive the exact amount at the exact rate.

What should I do if I don't know the recipient's complete details?

Contact the recipient of the transfer, ask for the details which we request. Providing complete, correct details is necessary. If the recipient’s details are incomplete, the recipient’s bank may reject the transfer.

Who can be the transfer recipient?

The recipient of the transfer can be any person (natural or legal) to whom you want to send the funds exchanged in InternetowyKantor.pl. It can be anyone, but it is important that you provide us with the correct data needed to make the transfer. In this way, you can pay an invoice for goods and services or transfer currency to a loved one.

Can I send currency to a loan account?

Yes, the bank where you repay a loan can be the recipient of the transfer. If the account does not belong only to you, you can still add it to your profile and indicate that you are not its sole owner. Include the loan agreement number in the transfer title, so that the bank can easily identify your payment.

Can I make a deposit first and then provide the recipient's bank account number?

No, you need to provide the bank account number first, then order an exchange and send us a transfer.
The system assigns each account an individual code which also appears in the title of the transfer. Therefore, the account has to be provided at the very beginning, at the stage of placing the exchange order.

If you send us a transfer first, and the destination account is not added, you will be able to return the funds to your account or send them to another account that you had previously added to your profile.
