Express exchanges in less than 1 hour

We do our best to make your exchange as quick as possible. We cooperate with the largest banks in Poland, where we have currency accounts in the most popular currencies, thanks to which we complete most exchanges in about an hour, on the next working day, at the latest.

The exchange consists of three stages:

1. First, you send us a transfer and wait for the funds to be booked in your InternetowyKantor.pl account

For banks where we support express transfers, it usually takes a few minutes. For other banks, it may take from 1 to 3 working days, depending on which bank you have a currency account with, what time you sent the transfer, what currency you are exchanging, etc.

2. Our experts oversee every transaction and must verify your payment

We work on working days (Mon–Fri), from 8:00 AM to 20:00 PM. If you have made a deposit within this time, our experts will verify it as soon as possible. If we received your funds outside of these hours, we’ll verify them in the morning of the next working day.

3. We send the exchanged funds to your account, and you wait for your bank to receive the transfer

After the exchange, we send the transfer to the bank account you provided. For banks where we support express transfer, it takes a few minutes. For other banks, it may take from 1 to 3 working days, depending on the type of transfer you have chosen.

What are the opening hours of InternetowyKantor.pl?

InternetowyKantor.pl operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can place a transaction order and exchange funds available in your profile at any time. Our Customer Service work on working days from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM – during this time we verify and book payments in the profile, which is especially important if you want to make a transfer from a new account, previously unverified by us.

What does the 24/7 service mean?

The 24/7 service at InternetowyKantor.pl consists in the possibility of verifying transactions and exchanging currency around the clock.

The transaction was confirmed on a bank holiday. Why didn't my payout arrive on the same day?

The next working day is the guaranteed day of payout execution. This means that a payout ordered at night, on a weekend or on a public holiday in some cases may only take place on the next working day. If you order a payout during this time, you should expect a longer wait for the funds to be booked.

How much time do I have to confirm a transaction after making a transfer?

The exchange transaction can be confirmed at any time. There are no time limits at the moment. Funds can stay in our bank account for any length of time.

What determines the time between the receipt of the information that the order is completed and the payout receipt?

It depends on several factors: in which banks the accounts involved in the transaction are held, what currency you exchange, when you send the transfer and when you confirm the transaction. We can complete your exchange even in a few minutes if both accounts involved in the transaction are held in one of the banks used by us.

How important for processing time is the bank in which the accounts involved in the transaction are held?

Transfers within one bank (so-called internal) are the fastest – in most cases they are booked immediately. Therefore, if the accounts involved in the transaction are kept in one of the banks, where we have an account, then we will receive a transfer of funds for the exchange from you very quickly, and you will not wait long for the exchanged funds to be transferred to the destination account.

If your accounts are held in banks other than those where we have our accounts, then the processing time is extended:

  • PLN – interbank PLN transfers are booked in Elixir sessions – each bank has about three outgoing and incoming sessions per day; it takes from several hours to one working day for such a transfer to be booked in the destination account
  • EUR – a SEPA transfer is applicable for both foreign and domestic transfers in EUR. It is booked within a maximum of 2 working days
  • Other currencies – in domestic transactions, funds are booked up to 3 working days, while transfers from foreign banks may be booked longer – up to 7 working days (in the case of countries that do not participate in the SWIFT system)

Are transfers between accounts in the same bank booked immediately?

Generally yes – most banks transfer funds between their accounts within minutes, for most part of the day, and in some cases even around the clock. However, there are a few banks that have a different policy in this regard.

Can a transaction be sped up?

We process all transactions as quickly as possible. It very often happens that the recipient receives the exchanged funds earlier than the final time guaranteed by us. However, the speed of transaction execution depends on many factors over which we have no direct influence, such as the time of booking transfers by banks or the availability of bank FX platforms.

I have sent a transfer for an exchange and I've been waiting a long time for a payout – what's going on?

  • Make sure the funds have already been drawn from your account. If not, contact your bank.
  • Log in to the Customer Panel and check in the “Transactions in progress” section if your transaction is pending confirmation; if it has already been confirmed – check its status in the “History” tab.
  • Check if you have not received an email from us asking you to contact us.
  • Check the processing time for your exchange.
  • If the above suggestions did not help to solve your problem, please contact Customer Service.

I exchanged currency on a non-working day – why didn't I receive my payout on the same day?

At InternetowyKantor.pl, you can exchange the currency available in your profile at any time, even on holidays. However, the guaranteed processing time for payouts is the next working day. This means that the execution of a payout ordered at night, on a weekend or on a public holiday in some cases may take place only on the next working day. If you order a payout during this time, you should expect a longer wait for the funds to be booked.

What determines when I receive the payout after an exchange?

At InternetowyKantor.pl you can exchange currency 24/7. After the exchange, we send the funds back during our working hours in accordance with the processing time for a specific bank. When you receive a payout depends on several factors: the bank where the destination account is kept, the currency of the transfer, the exchange date in the profile. If the exchange took place during our working hours and the destination account is kept in a bank where InternetowyKantor.pl has its own account, then it is very likely that you will receive a payout within several minutes after the exchange in your profile.
