Points Program

The Points Program is available to all users who have used our services. You must make at least one transaction for the refer-a-friend option to be activated.

The referral is considered successful when the referred person registers in InternetowyKantor.pl via the referral link and performs the first exchange in his Customer Panel. The referral itself (sending an invitation) is not enough for the referrer to receive points.

In general, points are valid for 3 months from the date they are earned, unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions of a given promotion. After this time, unused points expire.

You do not have to do anything! Points for exchanges at the interbank rate that are linked to your profile obtained in the Points Program are automatically used in subsequent transactions.

Points are used starting with those with the shortest expiry date. For example, if you have 500 points with an expiration date of 2 months and 300 points that expire in 5 days, the pool of 300 points will be used first.

You can check the expiry date of your points in the Customer Panel, in Points and discounts → Points history → „Active points” table.

• The awarding of points will only work if you add a review via the Customer Panel (“Points history” tab) or by clicking on the link in the email inviting you to write a review. Points will not be awarded if the review is added after entering the Opineo.pl website directly.
• The review must be confirmed (activated) using a special link sent by Opineo.pl to the email address provided in the form. After the review is activated, it is additionally checked by the Opineo.pl moderator and only then it appears in the portal. Review moderation takes place only on working days and is usually carried out within 3 days of review activation.
• Points will be awarded automatically within 2 working days from the moment the review is posted.
• It is possible to award points only once every two weeks, regardless of the number of reviews posted at that time. The two-week period is counted from the moment the points are awarded, not from the moment the review is posted. For example, if points were awarded on 05/07/2022 10:22 AM, then the next review should be posted after 19/07/2022 10:23 AM.
• You can only review transactions that were completed after the launch date, i.e. May 13, 2022.
• You can leave a maximum of one scored review after each transaction.

InternetowyKantor.pl does not provide information on the source of obtained points due to the protection of data on financial transactions of users.

The user receives points when a person referred by him makes an exchange in InternetowyKantor.pl, or when the operator grants a voucher for exchange at the interbank exchange rate. The User does not have access to information on exchanges made by the Referred persons. The only information available to the user is the expiry date of the points earned.

Yes, of course. Our Points Program takes these situations into account. It doesn’t matter if the person you refer buys or sells a currency while you do the opposite. It also does not matter in which currencies both parties transact.

Points awarded for referrals under the Points Program will not be applied to an exchange, if they have already been used in another profile at InternetowyKantor.pl (in transactions involving the same bank account).

The voucher number should be entered in the Customer Panel, in the “Points and discounts” → “Enter coupon” tab. The points will be credited to your account immediately.
