The concept

You start the transaction in the Customer Panel where you can see the current exchange rate. You enter the amount of currency you want to exchange or obtain through the exchange and the system calculates how much you have to pay us.

You can place an order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

You do not have to exchange at the current rate – you can use the “wait for a better rate” or “manually confirm the rate” option. Then you transfer funds to us, but the transaction takes place only when the rate indicated by you is reached or you confirm it manually at a convenient time.

After submitting the order, you make a payment to InternetowyKantor.pl. You can use several payment methods. If you choose to pay by traditional transfer, remember not to modify the title of the transfer (if the transfer has a different or incomplete title the exchange may not be made). How long will it take before we receive your transfer? From 3 minutes to 3 working days, depending on the currency, the bank and the country you are paying from – check the list of banks.

We send the exchanged currency to the account you have provided. You can choose your bank account or another recipient’s account. Payouts are made to accounts in Poland and abroad. How long will it take before you receive the transfer? From 15 minutes to 3 working days, depending on the currency and the bank. Most Polish banks receive transfers in PLN, EUR, GBP, USD and CHF on the same day. Check the list of banks.
